Wizards vs. Pistons final score: Andre Drummond dominates in 100-68 win

Pistons rookie dominates as Pistons end their six-game losing streak.

Greg Monroe and Brandon Knight scored 15 points each, but Detroit Pistons rookie Andre Drummond stole the show Friday in the team's 100-68 win over the Washington Wizards. The win ended Detroit's six-game losing streak.

Drummond came off the bench to score 11 points, grab 14 rebounds and block five shots in just 21 minutes against the Wizards. He established career-highs in rebounds and blocked shots in a single game with the performance and scored in double figures for just the fifth time in 29 games this season.

The Pistons built a 29-14 lead after the first quarter and allowed the Wizards to score 20 points in a quarter in just one of four quarters Friday. Detroit led 53-34 at halftime. Twelve of the 13 players who played for the Pistons, including rookie Viacheslav Kravtsov, who saw his first action of the season.

Detroit native Jordan Crawford scored 20 points to lead the Wizards. The teams play each other again Saturday in Washington D.C.
