Bulls vs. Pistons score update: Hot-shooting Detroit leads 55-50 at halftime

Detroit Pistons point guards Brandon Knight and Rodney Stuckey have combined for 27 points on 9-for-11 shooting as the Pistons lead the Chicago Bulls 55-50 at halftime Friday. The Pistons are shooting 54 percent overall and 57 percent from 3-point range.

Knight is coming off a 1-for-9 shooting performance in Detroit's loss to Golden State on Wednesday and has been battling a thigh bruise. Stuckey, who is shooting just 35 percent for the season, also has five assists in the first half. Stuckey and Knight have combined to turn the ball over just twice.

Joakim Noah leads the Bulls with 12 points and 10 rebounds in the first half. Carlos Boozer has 10 points. The Bulls are shooting 49 percent.

The Pistons led 30-26 after the first quarter and built the lead to as many as 11 in the second quarter before the Bulls closed the gap before halftime. Pistons rookie big man Andre Drummond has four points and three rebounds in 12 minutes off the bench.
